We are delighted to announce that Sneh Paul is joining the Board of Concern Australia Welfare Inc. Sneh has over 20 years’ experience of Human Resources leadership in corporate and nonprofit settings in Australia, Asia Pacific and Japan, after spending the early part of her career in India with organisations helping disadvantaged young people and communities. Sneh’s qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration (Monash), Certificate in Strategic HR Management (Cornell, USA) and Masters in Social Work (Pune University, India).
Sneh is passionate about helping organisations navigate complex challenges and build organisational effectiveness. She was drawn to Concern Australia because it aligned strongly with her own commitments and values, including commitment to creating positive futures for young people and innovative approaches to maximise impact. Sneh has previously provided pro bono support to a range of organisations, including community development and refugee programs and is a member of Ashburton Baptist Church.
“Growing up in a Christian family I was taught from an early age that “I was put on earth to make a contribution and live purposefully”! I believe the years of work experience and passion for people development has brought me full circle by being entrusted with the stewardship of Concern Australia through my position on the Board. It is an absolute honour and I look forward to my term with great excitement.” – Sneh Paul
Board chair Jon Ma said, ‘Sneh’s professional expertise and lived experience will bring great benefit to Concern Australia. Her personal values and commitment align strongly with those of our organisation. We are looking forward to working with her.’
