Over the past year, Concern Australia partnered with the Salvation Army, Anglicare and eWorks to develop a micro learning modules program for new and emerging leaders in the Community Services sector.

Funded by the Dept. of Jobs, Skills Industry and Regions, a pilot program has been released, made available for free up until the end of the year, in which you can access bite-sized, self-paced online modules to upskill in different areas such as:

Transformational Leadership
Leading Workplace Culture
Collaborative Practice and Partnerships
Resource Management

This project came out of an identified need in the sector to support new and emerging leaders who are already in leadership roles and require opportunities for upskilling without the availability of time and/or resources to dedicate to formal qualifications. Concern Australia staff in different roles participated in oversight development, working groups and testing the modules.
